How a quote request is handled, what is saved, and how to ask about your information. Last updated November 2, 2026.
Who is responsible
This website is published at https://oxfcei.com by OXFCEI Films. Daniel Mitchell is the owner and videographer. He works as a sole proprietor and is the person responsible for the information described on this page. The office is at 2301 S Wentworth Ave, Chicago, IL 60616.
For a question about your information, write to [email protected] or call +1 (312) 929-3229. A privacy question does not use the quote form. You do not need to give an event date or a venue.
What you send through the form
The quote form asks for your name, email address, the type of event, the event date, the event location, and a message about the day. Phone is optional. If you leave it blank, the request can still be sent. The form does not ask for a payment card, a government identification number, or a password.
Technical information used for the form
When the contact page prepares the form, the site starts a session on the server. That session holds a security token and the time the form was prepared. The token is placed in the form and sent back with it, so the submission can be matched to the page that prepared it. For that session, the browser stores an identifier in the cookie named EVSESSID. That cookie belongs to the form. It is separate from cookies Cloudflare may set while delivering the site. The Cookie Policy explains the difference.
To limit repeated submissions, the site reads the address of the connection and keeps the times of recent submissions from that connection. After five submissions that pass the field checks in one hour, further submissions from that connection can be refused for the rest of the hour. The record does not include your name, email, phone, or message, and the address is not added to the saved request or the email. A submission that arrives too quickly, or long after the form was prepared, is refused.
A saved request includes the time it was received, in Coordinated Universal Time, together with the fields you submitted.
Visits to oxfcei.com pass through Cloudflare before they reach the site. Cloudflare delivers the pages and helps protect the site from abusive traffic. In doing that, it handles the address of the connection and the page requested. Those connection details are separate from the quote you submit. Cloudflare also hides the email address shown on the page from automated scraping. That does not carry or filter the messages you send.
Why the information is used
The details you send are used to reply, to discuss the event, and to prepare a quote. The session, the security token, and the record of recent submissions are used to check that the form was opened on this site and to limit misuse. They are not used to build an advertising profile.
The saved copy and the email
When the fields are accepted, the site saves a copy of the request so it can be read later. It then asks the server’s mail function to send the same request to [email protected]. The message is sent from that address, and your email address is used as the reply address. The website does not contain a separate mail password.
The page says the request was sent only when the mail function accepts the message for sending. That notice is not a receipt that the message has arrived in the mailbox. If the mail function does not accept it, the page says the request was not sent. A copy may already have been saved.
Who can read it
Daniel Mitchell can read the email and the saved copies. The copies stay on the server that hosts the site, and he can open them through a private sign-in. They are not published as pages of the website.
The host stores the site’s files, including saved requests and session data, because it hosts the site. The email is sent to the mailbox for [email protected]. The request is not sent to anyone else, and the information from the form is not sold or rented.
Advertising and analytics
OXFCEI Films does not use the pages for analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking. Photographs and fonts are files on this server. Cloudflare’s role is to deliver and protect the site, not to advertise for the studio.
How long information is kept
A saved request is kept so the inquiry can be answered and the event can be discussed. The site does not delete saved requests automatically. A copy remains until it is deleted. You can ask for that deletion.
An email that was accepted for sending stays in the mailbox for [email protected] so the inquiry can be answered. You can ask for that message to be deleted.
The session cookie lasts until the browser ends the session. The matching session data stays on the server for that visit.
Times in the repeat-submission record that are older than one hour are ignored the next time the record is used. The record itself is not erased on a timer. A request that was refused before it was saved, and that was not accepted for sending, is not kept as a quote.
How the information is protected
The form is checked before a request is accepted. The session cookie cannot be read by scripts on the page. Saved requests are not offered as public pages. Cloudflare carries the visit over an encrypted connection and helps protect the site from abusive traffic. These are reasonable safeguards. They do not guarantee that information will never be lost, disclosed, or accessed without permission.
Access, correction, and deletion
Write to [email protected] or call +1 (312) 929-3229. You can ask what a saved request still includes, ask for a correction, or ask for the saved copy to be deleted. The site has no automatic edit and no automatic deletion. Daniel Mitchell handles the request.
Before he shares, changes, or deletes a saved copy, he may ask you to show that you are the person who sent it, for example by writing from the email address on the request. He can delete the copy kept on the site, and he can delete the email if it is still in the mailbox. The site cannot delete a request that was never stored, and it cannot erase copies in your own mail.
Children
The site is written for adults who are planning a wedding or another event. It is not directed at children under 13, and the form is not meant to collect their information. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, write to [email protected] and ask for it to be deleted.
Links
The service pages do not link to other websites. Email and telephone links open the mail or phone app on your device. Cloudflare’s own notice is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. It covers delivery and protection of the site. Correspondence about a request is described on this page.
Changes
If the form, the cookie, or this explanation changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change. The Cookie Policy and the Terms & Conditions are the companion pages.
