Corporate

Corporate video for the program and the room.

OXFCEI Films keeps the remarks, the presentations, and the sense of a Chicago gathering for the people who were there and the people who missed it. Filming follows the run of show you send.

Programs this page is built for

Company meetings that are large enough to be an event. Client gatherings. Internal celebrations with a program. Remarks that should be kept. A wedding belongs on the wedding page. A celebration without a corporate host belongs on other gatherings. The filming and the edit are agreed for that program.

What the recording is for

People who could not attend still need the argument of the talk, not only a photograph of the stage. Teams want a clear capture of a presentation they will share inside the company. Hosts want proof of the room: the welcome, the panels, and the close. The quote says whether you are booking a record of the program, a shorter film, or both.

Preparing a corporate event

Send the run of show, the start time, and the names of speakers whose talks must be recorded in full. Note any slide deck that should be readable in the film, and any session that should stay off camera. If the venue needs a credential, a loading path, or a limit on where a camera may stand, include it. A logo or other brand file is used when you send it and the quote says it will appear. The date is held when the written quote is accepted.

Filming the program

On the day, filming follows the agenda. Talks are recorded from a position that sees the speaker and, when the quote includes it, the audience’s reaction. Breaks and meals are covered when you ask for that atmosphere. A rehearsal or a sound check can be part of the call time when the schedule allows and the quote includes it. Where the camera is placed is written into the quote after the agenda is known.

The edit and the files

The edit matches the deliverable in the quote. A full record keeps the talks in order. A shorter film selects the lines and the room tone you want a wider team to watch. Titles, a logo, and speaker names are added when you supply them and the quote includes that graphics pass. Files go to the address and the method named in the quote.

Questions from event teams

What is included in corporate event videography?

The sessions and the room coverage named in the quote. Speaker talks, a welcome, and a shorter film can all be part of one booking when each one is listed.

Can you record every session in a multi-room program?

Send the room count and the schedule. The quote says which rooms are covered at the same time. Overlapping sessions need that plan before the date is accepted.

How should we share the run of show?

Paste the outline in the quote form, or say that you will send a file by email after the first reply. Speaker names and any off-camera sessions matter most.

How is the price set?

From the date, the number of sessions, and the edit. The price is written in the quote for that program.

Who receives the files?

The contact named in the quote. If a second person needs the link, add them in the request.
