What the coverage is asked to do
Filming happens while people are in the room. The footage is then cut into the film the quote describes. That can be a short film of the night, or a longer record that keeps the remarks in order. Say which you need.
The work starts from the schedule: arrive before doors, find the power and the sightlines, and leave with footage that matches the plan.
Preparing the gathering
Send the date, the venue, the guest arrival time, and the moments that have to be filmed: a welcome, an award, a performance, a speech, a last dance. Mention restrictions from the venue, including where a camera may be during a seated program. If a planner is the contact on the day, add their name in the message. The date is held when both sides accept the written quote.
Filming while the event is live
Call time is set from doors and from the first moment you marked. Filming follows that list, and the atmosphere of the room when the quote includes it. Speeches are framed so the speaker can be seen and heard. How the room is covered is written into the quote after the floor plan is known.
Editing and sending the film
The edit is the one you booked: a short highlight, a longer record, or both when both are listed. Music, titles, and names are used when you supply them and the quote includes that work. The handoff is the method named in the quote.
